Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked Rice
2 Eggs
1/4 cup chopped spring Onion
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/4 cup chopped Carrot
2 Tsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
2 Tsp Chinese Hot Sauce
2 Tsp Tomato Ketcup
chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste

How to make Egg Fried Rice:
1. Heat oil in pan, add Green peas, Carrot & fry it for 2 - 3 min. Remove it from pan & add oil again.
2. Add eggs. Fry it for 3 minutes, scrambling egg while it cooks.
3. Add Fried Green peas, Carrot, Soy sauce, Vinegar, Chinese hot sauce, Tomato Ketchup and salt.
4. Mix it. Add chopped Green Onions.
5. Add cooked Rice & mix it well.
6. Cook it for 2 - 3 min.
7. Serve hot Egg Fried Rice.

Jeera Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup Rice
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin Seed)
3 Tsp Oil
salt as per taste

How to make Jeera Rice:
1. Soak Rice in water for 30 min.
2. Heat oil in pan & add Jeera. Mix it well.
3. Add Rice & Salt. Mix it well.
4. Add 1&1/2 cup water.
5. Take 2 whistle.
6. Serve hot Jeera Rice with Daal.

Green Chana Curry

Ingredients:
1 cup Green chana
1 small onion
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Mango powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed
1/4 Tsp Mustard Seed
Coriander Leaves

How to make Green Chana Curry:
1. Heat oil in pressure cooker.
2. Add Mustard Seed, Cumin Seed.
3. Add chopped Onions. Fry it until it becomes soft.
4. Add chopped Tomato. Fry it until it cooks.
5. Add Red Chilli powder & Mango powder.
6. Add 1 - 2 cup water & take 3- 4 whistle.
7. Garnish Green Chana Curry with Coriander Leaves.
8. Serve hot Green Chana Curry with Roti/Rice.

Paneer Paratha

Ingredients:
1 cup grated Paneer
1/2 chopped onion
3 chopped Green chillies
chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
Salt as per taste

How to make Paneer Paratha:
1. For the cover make dough out of whole-wheat flour (atta), as you would do for any paratha/roti.
2. For stuffing add all above ingredients & mix it.
3. Now take small wheat flour dough and make small poori size roti.
4. Then put some oil on it.
5. Add Paneer stuffing on that and Gather the edges to make a round ball. Lightly dust the surface with flour and roll out the ball into six-inch paratha.
6. Now heat pan and put paratha on it.
8. Rost both side of paratha till they turn a shade of golden.
9. Grease with ghee,oil or butter.

Serve Paneer Paratha with Yogurt, Green mint chutney and mango pickle

Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
1 Spinach bunch
10 pieces of Paneer
1 small Onion
1 small Tomato
2 Green Chillies
1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Tsp Butter
Salt as per taste

How to make Palak Paneer:
1. Clean and wash spinach nicely.
2. Boil the spinach in water and cool it.
3. Now mash it in a mixer.

4. Make a paste of Onion, Tomato & Green Chillies.
5. Heat oil in pan & add paste of onion.
6. Fry paste till it becomes brown.
7. Add Red chili powder, Garam Masala & salt.
8. Add Spinach paste & water if needed. Cook it 4 -5 min.
9. Add Paneer pieces & Butter. Cook until done.
10. Serve hot Palak Paneer with Roti.

Ingredients:
1 cup sour Curd
2 Green Chili
1 Tsp Ginger - Garlic paste
1 Tsp Besan
1/2 Tsp Muster seed
1/2 Tsp Cumin seed
3-4 Curry leaves
Coriander leaves


How to make Kadhi:
1. Beat Sour curd, Besan, Salt and 1/2 cup water.
2. Heat pan & add oil.
3. Add Muster seed, Cumin seed, Curry leaves and paste of Ginger-Garlic-Green Chili.
4. Now add curd mixture.
5. Boil the curd mixture on slow heat and stir continuously.
6. Add Coriander leaves & Serve hot kadhi.

Aloo Gobi

Ingredients:
1/2 Cauliflower
2 Potatoes
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
1/2 Tsp Muster seed
1/2 Cumin seed
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
2 Tsp oil

How to make Aloo Gobi:
1. Separate the florets from Cauliflower. Wash & drain.
2. Cut Potatoes into Chunks.
3. Heat oil in pan.
4. Add Muster seed & Cumin seed.
5. Add Cauliflower & Potato. And mix it.
6. Add Turmeric powder, Salt and some water.
7. Cover it until it will half cook.
8. Add chopped tomatoes & Red chili powder. Mix it.
9. Cover it until it cook.

Curd Rice

Ingrediants:
2 cup cooked Rice
1 cup Curd
2 Green Chili
1/2 Tsp Muster seed
4 Karipatta leaves
Coriander leaves
3 Tsp Oil

How to make Curd Rice:
1. Mix Curd in cooked Rice.
2. Heat oil in small pan.
3. Add Muster seed, chopped Green Chili and Karipatta leaves.
4. Add all this mixture in Rice.
5. Mix it well.
6. Add chopped Coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
2 cup Rice
1/2 cup Mutter
1/2 cup Green Beans
1 Baby Carrot
3 Peppercorns
3 Cloves
4 Whole Red Chili
3 Tsp Ghee
Salt as per taste

How to make Pulav:
1. Soak Rice in water for 1 hour.
2. Heat pressure cooker and add ghee.
3. Add Cloves, Peppercorns & Red Chili.
4. Cut Carrot & Green beans into small pieces.
5. Add Green peas, Carrot , Green beans & mix it well.
6. Then add Rice & salt.
7. Add 4 cup water.
8. Take 1 whistle.
8. Serve hot Pulav.

Ingredients:
2 cup Kidney Beans (Rajma)
1 Medium size Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 Green chili
1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
2 Tsp Rajma Masala
1 Tsp Red Chili powder
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves


How to make simple rajma curry:
1. Soak Rajma overnight.
2. Add Rajma with salt in pressure cooker & take 6-7 whistle.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin seed, Chopped onions & Ginger-Garlic paste.
4. Cook onion till it becomes brown.
5. Add Tomatoes, Green chillies, Turmeric powder and cook until it leaves oil.
6. Add Red Chili powder, Rajma masala & salt.
7. Add boiled Rajma and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve Rajama with pulav.

Missi Roti

Ingredients:
1 Cup Wheat flour

1 Cup Besan
1 Tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Jeera
1/2 Tsp Ajwain

2 Tsp Kasoori Methi
3 Tsp Ghee
1 Tsp Salt

How to make Missi Roti:
1. Mix all above ingredients together.

2. Add water as required & make a stiff dough.
3. Roll into small and thick rotis and roast.
4. Spread 2 tsp ghee on hot missi roti.

5. Serve hot with any sabji.

Moong Daal Khichadi

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Moong Daal
1/2 cup Rice
1/4 Tsp Cumeen Seed
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp chopped Garlic

1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1 cup chopped Spinach
2 Tsp Ghee
Salt as per taste
 

Method:
1. Mix Moong Daal & Rice and wash it.
2. Heat pressure cooker.
3. Add Ghee. Then add Cumin seed, Garlic & Turmeric powder.
4. Then add Tomatoes and mix it for minute. Then add Spinach, Salt Moong Daal & Rice.
5. Mix it well. Then add 6 cup water.
6. Take 3- 4 whistle.
7. Serve hot khichadi with Curd and Aachar.

Misal Pav

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Moong Daal
1/4 cup Mataki
1 Onion
2 Boiled Potato
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Seed
1 Tsp Muster Seed
Coriander Leaves

How to Make Misal:
Rassa:
1. Heat 1 Tsp oil in pan, add Chopped Onion.
2. Once Onion becomes brown add Ginger paste and Garlic paste.
3. Make a paste of all above mixture.
4. Heat 4 Tsp oil in pan, once oil gets heated add Mustard & Cumin seed.
5. Then add Red chili powder & Garam masala.

6. Then add chopped Tomatos. Mix it well.
6. Then add paste of mixture.
7. Mix until it leave oil.
8.Now add 4-6 cup water and boil it for 5-10 min.

Sukhi Sabji:
1. Heat oil in pan and add Moong daal & mataki.
2. Add some salt & Turmeric powder.
3. Now add some water & cook until moong daal & mataki gets soft.

Misal Bhaji:
1. Add Sukhi bhaji in Rassa.
2. Add Boiled potato pieces into Rassa.
3. Mix everything and cook on low flame for 5-6 min.
4. Add Coriander Leaves on top.

Serve Misal bhaji with Pav:
1. Take Misal Bhaji in bowl.
2. Add Chopped onion on it.
3. Add Chopped tomatoes on it.
4. Add Farsan (Spicy sev) on it.
5. Serve with lemon and pav.

Moong Daal Dosa

Ingredients:
1 Cup Moong Daal
3 Green Chili
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
3 Tsp Rice Flower
1 Cup Yogurt
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves

How to Make Moong Daal Dosa:
1.Soak Moong daal in water for whole night.
2. Make a paste of Ginger, Green chili, Yogurt & soaked Moong daal.
3. Add water if needed.
4. Add salt as required.
5. Add chopped Coriander leaves.
6. Make a dosa using this batter.
7. Serve this dosa with Yogurt, Chutney, Achar or Tomato Keptup.
