Vada Pav

Ingredients:
2 Boiled Potatoes
4 Green Chili

2 Garlic flakes
1 Ginger
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 Cup coriander
Oil for deep frying
2 Cups besan
½ Tsp Red Chili powder
Salt as per taste
Pinch of Baking Soda
4 Pav
How to make Vada Pav:
Besan Batter -
1. Add turmeric powder, salt, Red Chili powder and Baking soda to besan and make a mixture.
2. Add water to the mixture and make batter of medium consistency.

Batata Vada -
1. Peel the potatoes and mash it by hand.
2. Make a paste of Green chili, Garlic and Ginger.
3. Add Chopped coriander leaves, Turmeric powder and salt to mashed potato.
4. Make small balls of mashed potato mixture.
5. Heat the oil in pan.
6. Dip each ball in the Besan Batter and fry the balls till they turn golden brown.
7. Split the pav keeping the base intact.
8. Place the vada into it.
9. Serve hot Vada Paav with chutney.

Medu Vada

Ingredients:

1 cup Urad Dal
4 Green Chillies
¼ Tsp Cumin Seed
4 Chopped Curry Leaves
1 Tsp Ginger paste
Salt to taste

How to make Medu vada:
1. Soak the Urad Dal for about 2 hours.
2. Drain the water and blend it in a mixer along with the Green Chillies. Make a thick paste.
3. Add Cumin seed, Ginger paste, Chopped Curry Leaves and salt into above mixture.
4. Heat oil in a kadai
5. when the Oil is hot, Take portions of the mixture make flat rounds and fry them in the oil.
6. Serve hot Medu Vada with chatani and Samber.

Rava Upma

Ingredients:

1 cup Sooji

2 baby Carrot
1 chopped Onion
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
4 chopped Green chillies
1 chopped Tomato

3 Tsp Lemon
1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
4 Curry Leaves
1/4 cup Green Peas
Coriander Leaves
Salt as per taste

How to make Rava Upma:
1. Roast Sooji in pan until it becomes slight brown.
2. Keep roasted Sooji in plate.
3. Heat pan and add oil into it.
4. Add Muster seeds into heated oil. Then add Green Chillies and stir.
5. Add chopped Onion and cook it for few min.
6. Then add Ginger Garlic paste, Green Peas, Carrot, Tomato and Salt.
7. Now add rosted Sooji and mix all mixture.
8. Add 2 cups hot water in above mixture and stir it continuously.
9. Cover pan with plate and cook it for few minutes.
10. Garnish Rava Upma with Coriander Leaves.
11. Serve hot Rava Upma with Lemon juice & Sev.

Sabudana Khichadi

Ingrediants:
1 cup Sabudana (Soak sabudana in water for overnight)
1 chopped Potato
4 Green Chillies
1/4 Tsp Cumin seed
4 Tsp Ghee,
3 Tsp roasted Peanuts powder
Salt as per taste.
Chopped Coriander Leaves

How to make Sabudana Khichadi:
1. Heat Ghee in a pan.
2. Add Jeera into the heated ghee.
3. Add Potato cut into small square shape.
4. Add Green chillies finally chopped.
5. Saute the potatos cook for 5 mins and turn soft.
6. Then add the Sabudana, Peanut powder and Salt.
7. Cover pan with plate and cook it for 5 to 8 mins.
8. Garnish Sabudana Khichadi with Coriander Leaves.
9. Serve hot Sabudana Khichadi with Lemon or Yogurt.

Kanda Poha

Ingrediants:
1 cup Poha
1/4 cup Peanuts
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato

¼ Tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ Tsp Cumin Seed

¼ Turmeric powder
5 chopped Green Chili
3 Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves for garnish

How to Make Kanda Poha:
1. Wash and soak Poha in water for 5 min.
2. Drain the water keep Poha aside.
3. Heat oil in pan.
4. Add Mustard seeds, and let it splutter.
5. Then add Cumin Seed, Curry Leaves and Green Chillies.
6. Now add Peanuts & stir fry it.
7. Then add onions & stir fry it until onion becomes soft.
8. Add Turmeric powder.
9. Add Poha and mix it well.
10. Now add chopped Tomatoes & cover pan with plate.
11. Cook it for 5 min on medium flame.
12. Serve hot Kanda Poha with Sev & Lemon.
