Rava Halwa

Ingrediants:
Sooji rawa - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2
Milk - 2 cup
Sliced Cashews - 2 Tbsp
Sliced Raisins - 2 Tbsp
Sliced Almonds- 2 Tsp

Method to make Rava Halwa:
1. Heat pan and add Ghee.
2. Add Rava and roast it on low flam until it becomes brown.
3. Add Cashews, Raisins & Almonds.
4. Add Milk and mix it.
5. Once Milk is boiled add Sugar and mix it well.
6. Cover it with lid on low flam for 4-5 min.
Serve Hot Rava Halwa.

Kothimbir Vadi

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh chopped Coriander leaves
1 cup Garam flour
2 chopped Green chillies
1/2 Tbsp Cumin powder
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method to make Kothimbir Vadi:
1. Mix Gram flour, Coriander leaves, Green chilies, Salt, Oil and Cumin powder and make into dough.

2. Make rolls like hot dog.
3. Steam Rolls for 20 minutes.
4. Cut rolls into thick slices.
5. Serve boiled vadi or deep fry and serve fried vadi.
Serve hot vadi with green chutney or ketchup.

Mushroom Matar

Ingredients:
1/4 Tsp Muster seed
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed
1 cup chopped Mushroom
1/4 cup Green peas
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Red chili powder
3 Tsp oil
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste

Method to make Mushroom Matar:
1. Heat oil in pan and add Muster seed & Cumin Seed.
2. Add chopped Mushroom & fry it until it leave water.
3. Then add Green peas, Mix it well until water is soaked.
4. Then add chopped Tomato & cook it for 4-5 min on high flame.
5. Then add Red chili powder & salt. Cook it for 2 min.
6. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve hot Mushroom Mater with Rice or Roti.
