Rava Idli

1 cup Thick Sooji/Rava
2. Mix Ginger paste, Green chilies, Yogurt, Salt, Oil and Rava.
3. Leave it for around 30 mins.
4. Mix Baking powder in above mixture.
5. Grease an idli stand and then put the mixture on top.
6. Steam it for around 15 mins.
7. Serve hot Idli with Chana Daal Chutany & Samber.

2 Chopped Green Chili
1 Cup Yogurt
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Roast Rava for few minutes.2. Mix Ginger paste, Green chilies, Yogurt, Salt, Oil and Rava.
