Besan Burfi

Ingredients:
4 cup
Besan
1 cup Ghee
2 cup Sugar
4 Tsp sliced Almonds
1 Tsp Cardamon powder

How to make Besan Burfi:
1. Heat pan and add Ghee.
2. Add
Besan into melted Ghee.
3. Fry
Besan on low flam till raw smell disappears.
4. Add Sugar and Cardamon powder and mix it.

5. Now Besan will start melting.
6. Take a tray and smear some oil on the bottom and sides.
7. Spread Besan mixture into tray.
8. Spread sliced Almonds on tray.
9. When the mixture is set cut into small squares or diamonds.
