Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Grated Fresh Coconut
1 1/2 cup Milk Powder
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cup Sugar powder
1 Tsp Cardamom powder
2 Tsp Nuts
2 Tsp Raisins
4 Tsp Ghee
Oil for frying
Wheat flower dough
How to make Karanji:
Filling:
1. Heat pan and add 2 Tsp Ghee.
2. Add Grated Coconut into that.
3. Mix it for 5 min.
4. Now add Milk & Milk powder into above mixture.
5. Cook coconut until all liquid evaporates.
6. Add Nuts, Raisins & Cardamon powder.
7. Mix it & now add sugar.
8. Cook it until mixture becomes thick with no liquid.
9. Cool above mixture. Filling is ready.
Karanji:
1. Make a dough of wheat flour & keep aside for 1 hour.
2. Make a big ball and make one roti. Now spread 1 Tsp ghee on that & fold that roti into small plates.
3. Cut that plate into small pieces.
4. Roll each piece into round shape of 4 each diameter.
5. Fill Half the round with Filling fold it & seal it.
6. Heat oil in pan & fry Karanji into oil.
7. Once Karanji becomes golden brown then drain it & remove.
