Ridge Gourd Curry / Dodka Bhaji

Ingredients:1 Dodka / Ridge Gourd
2 Tomato
1 Tsp Muster seed
1 Tsp Cumin seed
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
1/2 Tsp Garam masala
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Dodka bhaji:
1. Clean Dodka & cut into small cubes.
2. Heat 2 Tsp oil in pan.
3. Add Muster seed & Cumin seed.
4. Now add small pieces of Dodka. Add salt & Turmeric powder.
5. Mix it well & cover the pan. Keep it on medium flame for 5 min.
6. Now add tomato pieces, Red chili powder & Garam Masala & mix it well for 5 min.
7. Garnish Dodka bhaji with Coriander leaves & serve with chapati.
